how to install renault clip on the Serbian or Croatian language?

How to fix iPhone 6S Receiver no sound troubles?

have you met such troubles? Your iPhone suddenly has no sound. You may restart the phone repeatedly, but it has no effect. Someone called you, but you can’t hear any sound. This is a very angry thing. Don’t worry, next, the Nandrepair  will tell us a practical way, I believe your phone will return to normal work soon!


The iPhone 6S receiver has no voice when it is in calling, we can’t hear the voice from another side, we can hear from each other when we turn on speaker on iPhone.

According to our repair experience, the iPhone receiver no sound, but the iPhone speaker can hear the voice, this problem is usually caused by iPhone receiver, receiver flex cable, receiver circuit or iPhone audio IC problems.

First we need to test the iPhone 6S. Power on iPhone 6S, go to Settings->Sounds & Haptics to test the ringtone, the ringtone voice tested is normal. Make a phone call to someone else, the receiver has no sound, but the speaker is normal.

Now, replace the receiver and flex cable, and then test the iPhone 6S, but the failure still exist.

Use digital multimeter to measure the diode data of receiver signal 1 pin and 3 pin that on the connector J3100, the data measured are normal.

Check iPhone schematic diagram via WUXINJI Dongle, we know that the 1 pin and 3 pin of J3100 are through capacitor FL3153 and FL3154 to iPhone audio IC U3500, their diode data are normal, which means the capacitor FL3153 and FL3154 are normal.
After excluding the cause of the peripheral components,we start to check U3500. Take out the iPhone motherboard, we found the U3500 has been replaced before by other repair man,  the several filter capacitors around it has been removed, and there is a power supply IC of NFC also has been removed. 

Now, we need to fix iPhone receiver failure, directly replace the iPhone audio IC U3500. After replacement, connect iPhone 6S to the DC power supply, the trigger current jumps from 0 to 80mA, it’s been circulating like this.

The replacement IC has been soldered well, the iPhone CPU didn’t been blown by QUICK 861DW hot air rework station. Remove the iPhone audio IC, now the current is back to normal, so we confirmed that it’s the problem of the iPhone audio IC. Replace it with new iPhone audio IC, and then install the iPhone.

The iPhone is turning on smoothly, the iPhone receiver is working properly, and the iPhone speaker also works normally.

iPhone 7 won't turn on, how to fix it?

it is very common that your iphone 7 won’t turn on, you have to master the reason, that's mean why My iPhone Won’t Turn On? is software crashed or the battery charger problem? even is the logic board dead? today we will talk about the logic board is short-circuit on the iphone7 CPU, how to fix it?


First use the iPhone open tool to remove the iPhone and disconnect the battery, then connect the phone to the DC power supply, the current reading of the ammeter jumps to 350 mA and then remains still, which is an abnormality, indicating that the logic board is shorted.

Disconnect power and remove the logic board. Measure the capacitors around the power IC one by one. Except for C1823 all values are normal - 0 is displayed, which indicate a short circuit in C1823. Observe schematic with WUXINJI dongle, C1823 is the filter capacitor of PP1V8-SDRAM, which is directly connected to the CPU SDRAM.

Connect the logic board to the PCB bracket, use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to heat shield cover, and then remove the CPU SDRAM with a CNC chip grinder. After grinding the chip, attach the logic board to the PCB holder and cleaned with PCB cleaner, and then the black adhesive is removed with graver scraper cutter. After that, apply BGA solder paste to the pads, and solder with a heat gun.

Connect the iPhone to a DC power source, then use tweezers to lead the pin 13 of the J4504 to ground to trigger system power. This time, the current read on digital multimeter is normal.

Assemble the logic board. Connect your iPhone to your computer, then turn off the volume and enter DFU mode, insert your SIM card and activate your phone.

After testing all the functions work well. Repair work completed successfully.

iPhone 7 iTunes Error 4013, how to repair it?

What's is the iTunes Error 4013 error?

When you press the power key to start your iphone, it will be stuck in iTunes recovery mode, can not access the system

iTunes Error 4013 of iPhone 7 usually caused by pseudo soldering or damaged CPU. The error may be related to the power supply of the baseband PMU or NAND flash. Since CPU repair is very difficult, so we can check the power of the baseband PMU and NAND flash at first.
Connect the iPhone to the DPS DC power supply  and measure the voltage of the baseband PMU C5623 and C5631. The result shows that the values of C5623 and C5631 are normal. So we judged that the power supply of the baseband PMU is normal too.

Fault Repair
Let’s pay attention to the NAND flash power supply, remove the black adhesive around the NAND flash with PPD861D Hot Air Rework Station. Test the voltages of the NAND flash C1701, C1721 and C1704 with digital multimeter. From the measured value, the power supply of NAND flash is also normal.


It seems that the NAND flash is not the problem. Let’s replace the PMU and see how it works. Use heat gun to disassemble the PMU from the substrate and then use soaked SANKI solder wire to weld wire reel.
Tip: Some chips are sealed to the pads with black adhesive, to avoid knocking pads on the board,  be careful to operate. Then clean with a PCB cleaner.


Apply some Solder Flux Rosin Paste to the pad,and fix the new baseband PMU in place (note the direction). Then weld with hot air gun. After finished, wait for the logic board to cool for 5 minutes, then clean with PCB cleaner thoroughly.


Assembly and Test

So far, the entire fix process has been completed, install the logic board and display components. Connect to the battery and press the power button to turn on the power, and the iPhone stuckis in iTunes recovery mode. We need to connect it to the computer to recover it through iTunes. The phone can be recovered normally. When finished, the iPhone will restart automatically, and the fault have been resolved.

What's the solution of iPhone X not charging after dropped?

Unexpected things happen everytime, Nobody wants his phone to be dropped. in an effort to keep things goes well, you may will charge your iphone. usually, all you have to do is plug it into the wall charger (wired charging) or placed it on top of your wireless charger then allow it some time to charge up. But for some reason, your iPhone X is not charging.




After testing, the iPhone X charge icon can display normally,but iPhone power percentage is getting less when it in charging, this is actually a not charge failure. According to our repair experience, for the dropped damaged iPhone, the L3340 and L3341 inductors of the iPhone charge IC are easy to empty weld and pin missing.

Connect iPhone charging cable to the iPhone X tail plug flex cable, and then test the cathode of iPhone battery by uni-t ut81b multimeter oscilloscope, no voltage was found, so we judge the fault is in the charging part. If you want to delve into it, we have to measure it hierarchically, the AP part as shown in picture.



The external conditions measured are normal, according to our experience, we suspect that the inductors are empty weld and pin missing. Use quick 861dw hot air rework and tweezers to remove the L330 and L3341 inductors, the pins of inductor are on the solder pad, it's like IPhone7, and the inductors are easy to empty weld and missing.


Put it under the microscope, and then replace the new inductors( note: if replace it with iPhone 6 inductors, you need to insulate it,otherwise, it's easy to short-circuit.)




Measure it by iPhone X logic board test fixture, the functions tested are normal. Connect iPhone with uni-t ut81b multimeter oscilloscope, the current all is normal, the fault has been repaired.
